Anne and the Office of Campus Sustainability work within Georgia Tech’s business unit portfolio to put in place best practices and process systems so the campus operation can rise and contribute positively to growing social and environmental challenges. OCS works with the campus community to advance change initiatives across five impact areas as defined in the campus’ Strategic Plan for Sustainable Practice: Energy & Emissions, Water, Built Environment, Materials Management, and Commitment & Engagement. OCS is leading social innovation through the implementation of the Kendeda Building for Innovative Sustainable Design; campus system improvement projects in procurement, waste, and energy; and behavioral awareness programs.
