SCoRE faculty and staff support, lead, and engage in Community-engaged Sustainability Research projects across the Greater Atlanta region and the Southeastern United States. The research training programs and collaborations we run:

  • Engage community partners as experts and as co-planners, co-researchers, and co-decision-makers
  • Aim to achieve concrete and meaningful outcomes for Georgia and Southeast communities and for Georgia Tech

Our core ongoing research programs include our Faculty Fellows training program and our Community-Engaged Sustainability Research (CESR) Collaborative, which brings together multiple research units to streamline community-engaged sustainability research, and share and develop best practices.
