Georgia Tech will offer a variety of short courses starting in Fall 2025, beginning with a course on Direct Air Capture (DAC) in Mobile, Alabama. These courses will introduce participants to carbon management solutions, addressing both nature-based and technology-based approaches with a focus on community and environmental justice concerns. The courses, co-designed by specialists, will be in-person, lasting four days, and will include experiential learning, with 40 participants selected through an application process. Participants can earn a digital badge by completing a deliverable tailored to their goals.
