Sophia is a Community Engaged Technology fellow focused on Community Engagement in Engineering Education and assists with the Faculty Fellows Program. She enjoys working at SCoRE because it's a great way to connect with and learn from people who have shared values, and she feels like she is able to make a positive impact on relationships between Georgia Tech students and surrounding communities. It also allows her to look at what she’s learning as an Environmental Engineering major differently and consider how equity and community engagement play into her work.
