Dr. Blum is the co-founder of Excel, a program for students with intellectual/developmental disabilities to have an inclusive college experience culminating in certificates awarded by GTPE; She is the founder of the Institute for Leadership and Social Impact, and started the Impact speaker series, Ideas to Serve student competition, Business Track of Leadership minor, Non-profit pro bono MBA consulting practicum, and various programs to develop servant leadership awareness and capabilities among GT stakeholders.  She currently serves as a board member of Camp Twin Lakes and GeorgiaWorks!, and previously served as a board member of Medshare, Global Growers, Ferst Foundation for Childhood Literacy, Community Foundation (Morgan Fund), and a community bank.
